Zeidab Initiatives: Convening governments, scientists and capital across our operating geographies.

01
Agricultural Sector

A bilateral protocol with Brazil

Initiated dialogue with Brazil's public and private sector institutions, culminating in an agricultural cooperation protocol between the Ministries of Agriculture in Brazil and Sudan, plus an MOU with Embrapa for technology transfer in plant and soil science.

02
Oil Sector

Lowering the acidity of DAR crude

A petroleum research operation in alliance with German and Dutch companies — current leaders in the field — focused on improving oil productivity and crude oil acid treatment. Lab work has succeeded; a pilot project is in formation.

03
Fisheries Sector

Red Sea State with Norway

A major initiative in Red Sea State with the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research, building local fishing capability through improved techniques, equipment and know-how across the whole chain.

04
Mining Sector

A toll-processing model for artisanal miners

Pioneered in Sudan, this model supported more than 20,000 artisanal and small-scale miners through ore buyback, equipment financing, and structured processing services — raising recovery rates, improving safety, and increasing income retained by local communities.

05
Mining Sector

Modernising Sudan's mining cadastre

As agent for Spatial Dimension / Landfolio — the world's leading mining cadastre software provider — Zeidab introduced the system to Sudan's Ministry of Energy and Mining, modernising licensing, title management, and concession administration.

Operating Footprint

Sharjah Free Zone

Operations anchored in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone — a strategic location for managing supplier relationships across Europe, Asia and Africa, with delivery into our country operations.

Zeidab has a focused team, working across sectors and continents.

"We work where the strategic sectors actually live — mining sites in Sudan, Tanzania and Zambia, refineries in the Red Sea, agricultural land along the Nile. The work isn't abstract."

"Most of what we do involves bringing global expertise — Australian metallurgists, South African plant designers, Brazilian agronomists, Norwegian marine scientists — to the operators on the ground. The translation work is the work."

"Long horizons matter. We've held some supplier relationships for over twenty years — that continuity is what lets you build real capability rather than just hand off boxes."
